The majority of our current party rental inventory and rental rates can be found on our website here: Party Rentals. If you still have questions about items, feel free to reach out!

​Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver party and event rentals to all of Los Angeles, CA and most areas within 40 miles of Downtown Los Angeles within Los Angeles County.  Our current Delivery Fee is $50.00 for most areas within 25 miles of Downtown Los Angeles. Areas farther than 25 miles from Downtown Los Angeles will also incur an additional $50.00 Return Fee.  â€‹Delivery and Return fees do not include set up or tear down of any rental items.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle and the following bank-issued Credit Cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We DO NOT accept:  Checks, Gift or Prepaid cards with or without the above logos.  All cards used for payment must be bank-issued to the "Renter".

Nonrefundable Deposit
Your deposit is fully refundable 15 or more days before your original scheduled delivery date.

Your deposit is 50% refundable 0-14 days before your original scheduled delivery date.

 

This means:

If you must cancel your order or part of your order - for any reason - 15 or more days before your original scheduled delivery date, 50% of the total amount paid (or cancelled portion) will be refunded to your original payment method. The remaining 50% will be forfeited by you as the cancellation fee.

If you must cancel your order or part of your order - for any reason - 14 days or less before your original scheduled delivery date, 50% of your total amount paid or cancelled portion will be refunded.

​Do you set up the inflatables on delivery?

Yes, all inflatable rentals are delivered and set up for you and are not to be moved from the area in which they are set up by the delivery person(s).

​Do you deliver to parks?

Yes, we can deliver to parks and other public property for an additional charge.  Some Los Angeles County parks and public spaces have a list of authorized vendors from which you can rent a bounce house and others do not.  You must contact the officials for the park of your choice to see if they have any such vendor list.  You must also notify park officials ahead of time and obtain any required permits prior to submitting your order request.  If you would like to rent a bounce house or other item that requires electricity at a park, you must obtain the required permits (if any) for the park of your choice.  If there are no sources of electricity available to you at the park, you must rent a generator from us. If you own a generator and would like to use it with our equipment, please contact us ahead of time to make sure it is compatible with our equipment.

​What do I do if a rental malfunctions?

Although it is not common for one of our products to malfunction during a regular rental, we ask that you call us immediately if any malfunction occurs.  Your delivery person will provide you with the number they can be reached at for the duration of your rental on delivery.  If we cannot help you over the phone, we will arrive to your location as soon as possible to help you with the item or to provide an adequate replacement.

​How long can I keep the rentals?

You can keep the rentals for the entire rental period on the Rental Agreement you sign.  The rental period on the Rental Agreement is assigned based on your choices on order placement and our schedule of paid Deliveries & Returns.  Most customers choose "Same Day Return" rentals which means that the Rentals will be returned and picked up on the Same Day that they were delivered.

Is there a delivery fee?

Our current delivery fees are as follows:

  • Most areas within 25 miles of our location: $50.00 total

  • Most areas more than 25 miles from our location: $100.00 total

  • Potential additional $50 fee for difficult to access delivery sites.

    • Such as (but not limited to) dirt roads, stairs, distant parking, tight spaces.

Provide your delivery address for our team to view event location and provide delivery fee assessment.

 

Can I pick up the items myself to avoid the delivery fee?

Pickups for small orders may be acceptable. Please contact us to discuss your order and delivery needs.

Is there a rental minimum?

All orders require a minimum $100.00 subtotal (items only).  If you do not meet the minimum but would still like to rent from us, a rental minimum can be added to your order to meet this requirement.
